• Hold a memorial service or gathering – large or small – at a place of worship, in a park, or at home

• Write poetry or a story

• Create Art/Crafts in memory

• Create Music or a Playlist 

• Make a Collage Scrapbook or Memory Box

• Plant a Tree or Flowers

• Decorate a garden space

• Get something Special painted on a stone and place it outside.

• Wear Jewelry that contains a keepsake, like a lock of their hair or a bit of ashes! 

• Light a candle on special days!

• Celebrate Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Day on October 15

• Create a dedicated space in your home for keepsakes!

• Put up a picture in a dedicated space

• Make a donation to a charity in your child's name

• Donate a book or some children's clothing to a children's charity in their community

• Help other parents suffering a loss
